HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER? 

We normally fulfill orders within 24-48 hours. Once a order is marked fulfilled, you will receive a email with your tracking number attached. For your convenience you can enter your email and tracking number on our home page to check the status of your delivery.

 

HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL A ORDER?  

Our aim is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you place a order and decide to cancel or change it, contact our customer service at support@tatewhalun.com. Normally, a refund takes 2-5 business days and 7-10 days to post to your account. This depends on your financial institution.

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

 There are several reasons why your order was canceled.

1.The item(s) you ordered are sold out.

2. There is a delay in the replenishment of the item that you ordered.

3. We are unable to verify your billing information or your billing address does not match the credit card that is on file for the order.

Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. 

 

I NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR MY ORDER?

If you do not receive a confirmation email from Tate Whalun within a couple of hours of your order, check your spam folder. There is also the possibility that the email address was misspelled. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email, please contact our customer support for additional help.support@tatewhalun.com

 

DO I NEED TO PAY FEES FOR CUSTOMS

If you order outside of the United States, we cannot say for certain whether your local post office will charge you any extra fees. Please contact your postal service provider for current information on any Customs Duties or Vat's charges. **WE DO NOT COVER THESE FEES**
